The title race is threatening to go down the wire this term, with City and the Reds leading the hunt for the domestic crown.

With just four matches left to end the campaign, only a point separates City at the top of the standings and Liverpool who occupy second place.

The Citizens previously looked on course to retain the title without any hassle only for Jurgen Klopp's men to join the race in the second half of the season.

Roy Keane insists Man City are title favourites

Back in November, Keane had predicted Man City will successfully reclaim the Premier League title despite competition from Chelsea at the time.

And with just four matches left to end the season and evident competition from Liverpool, the Man United legend has stuck to his guns, insisting the Reds cannot stop the Etihad landlords from being crowned champions.

The Irishman noted that City's quality and 'world-class' manager, Pep Guardiola, will catapult them to the championship.

"I can't change my mind now, I still think City will do it. I just think they've got great quality," Keane said as quoted by Mirror UK.
"Liverpool are fantastic, of course, but I'll stick with City. I just think they know how to get over the line - Pep... world-class manager, I think they'll do it," he added.
