Timo Werner is eyeing a return back to Germany.
The centre-forward, who plays for Chelsea in the English Premier League, signed for The Blues in 2020 from Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig.
As reported by Bulinews, reports are doing the rounds that Werner wants to leave the English side and return home, with the hope of re-joining RB Leipzig.
Werner has struggled to nail a permanent starting role in the Chelsea side and recently admitted wanting to play more.

"It is clear I want to play more and I should play more. First, to be in good shape for the World Cup and also to have a chance to play at the World Cup," said Werner.
Werner still has three years left on his contract with Chelsea, and the London-based club has no designs on selling him yet.
Werner made 158 appearances for RB Leipzig, scored 93 goals, and created 40 assists, according to TransferMarkt. At Chelsea, he’s made 89 appearances and scored 23 goals while creating 21 assists.
