Chelsea target Ousmane Dembélé was spotted at the Mohammed V Stadium in Morocco as he watched the CAF Champions League final in Casablanca.

The Barcelona forward has been in the North African country following the end of the European season. Dembélé's wife Rima Edbouche hails from Morocco.

In photos posted on social media, sighted by Sports Brief, the French international was impressed by the display from Wydad Athletic Club and Al Ahly.

A brace from Zouhair El Moutaraji sealed victory for Moroccan giants Wydad Athletic Club at the expense of Egyptian side Al Ahly.

Meanwhile, Ousmane Dembélé has dominated the English tabloids with reports linking him to Chelsea, which could see him reunite with Thomas Tuchel.

His contract with the Catalan giants, Barcelona, expires on June 30, 2022 and it is yet to be seen if he will extend his stay.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ousmane Dembele has put European clubs on high alert after it emerged that he has turned down a new contract from Barcelona.

Dembele is keen to move on and Paris Saint Germain have now emerged as the frontrunner to sign him. Dembele has been involved in a row with Barcelona over his contract.

Barcelona President Joan Laporta asked him to leave the club in January after talks broke down completely.

Wydad are champions of Africa. The Moroccan side beat Al Ahly 2-0 to claim their third continental title and deny Pitso Mosimane's side a third title in a row.

Wydad dominated the opening minutes of the final and came close to taking the lead as early as the 10th minute. Guy Mbenza rattled the crossbar.

Wydad, spurred on by a deafening crowd, took the lead thanks to a beautiful long-range effort in the 15th minute.
