Lautaro Martinez came off the bench to win the game for Argentina against Chile in their second game of Copa America 2024.

The win on June 26 saw the defending champions not only qualify for the knock-out stage but do so as group winners after winning their first two games.

Argentina had beaten Canada 2-0 in their opening game before facing Chile. Their next game against Peru on June 30 will essentially be a dead-rubber tie.

Chile, who have beaten La Albiceleste twice in the final, managed to keep Lionel Scaloni's charges at bay for extended periods in the game. It only took a poor clearance from a corner kick, which found Martinez at the back post to fire home from close range for maximum points.

It was the Inter Milan's striker's second goal in the tournament in as many games.
