The tickets were made available for sale through Ticketmaster. Since not all venues used Ticketmaster, the Copa América website directed fans to individual providers for specific matches. By 21 May, over 800,000 tickets had been sold, a statistic that would surpass the million mark by June 13, 2024.

In February, venues such as the 2024 hosts of Super Bowl LVIII announced the sale of CONMEBOL Copa América presale codes. While the presale does not guarantee ticket access, it allows fans to purchase tickets earlier than the general public. Fans who are MasterCard and Citi customers have exclusive presale access to all 32 matches, including the Finals.

Group stage matches

At the time of writing, Copa América group stage match tickets are on sale. Fans can get verified resale tickets through Ticketmaster. This includes tickets to the opening match between Argentina, Copa América's reigning champions and Canada.
