Legendary Nigerian midfielder Sunday Oliseh has disclosed why his former team, Borussia Dortmund, lost to Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League final on Saturday.
The German Bundesliga side were the better side from the beginning of the game as they created many chances but couldn't convert them. Karim Adeyemi and Niclas Fullkrug both missed a golden opportunity that could have given BVB a 2-0 lead in the first 45 minutes of play.
Real Madrid picked up in the latter stages to win the tie 2-0, courtesy of Dani Carvajal's and Vinicius Junior's second-half goals.
After the final whistle at Wembley Stadium, the Spanish giants went on to lift their 15th Champions League title.

The Nigerian tactician claimed his former team lost the final due to Real Madrid's quality and Carlo Ancelotti's brilliance, singling out Eduardo Camavinga for his performance.
"Sad that my club, BVB Dortmund, could not lift the Champions League trophy today after putting up a good fight, but the Quality of the Real Madrid players and the tactical and personnel changes Carlo Ancelotti made in the 2nd half made the difference, and Camavinga?," the former Super Eagles manager posted.
