Real Madrid forward was forced to clarify his comments after a wave of criticism over a recent interview.
The 23-year-old was a trending topic on social media on Thursday, May 30, after his interesting comments describing Manchester City as the best team in the world.
Los Blancos defeated the Citizens in the Champions League quarter-final, but Rodygo recently told GQ Espana that Pep Guardiola was the better side.

Rodrygo’s sentiments ahead of the Champions League final appear to have angered some Real Madrid fans, who now want the Brazilian to leave the club.
With Kylian Mbappe and Endrick set to join the La Liga champions next summer, there is bound to be stiff competition in attacking areas at the Santiago Bernabeu. This has, in turn, sparked speculation that Rodrygo could be deemed surplus to requirements.
