There's a reason why Lionel Messi is loved by millions of people all over the world.

Apart from his incredible football talent, his humility is what sets him apart from other sports stars.

The eight-time Ballon d'Or winner recently showed that trait to his fans, casually talking to them at a traffic stop in Florida, much to their surprise.

Messi skips Inter Miami's match vs. Vancouver

He was able to appear in that youth event after skipping Inter Miami's trip to Vancouver. He didn't travel with the Herons to play an MLS match against the Whitecaps, much to the dismay of football fans north of the border.

It wasn't just Messi who skipped the game in Canada; Suarez and Sergio Busquets were also rested for the weekend clash.

Inter Miami coach Gerardo Martino defended the decision to rest his top stars, saying that the coaching staff must prioritize the players' well-being amid the frustration of the fans.

The gamble paid off for the Herons as they still pulled off a 2-1 victory over the Whitecaps despite the absence of the former Barcelona trio.

Robert Taylor opened the scoring for Inter Miami in the 38th minute before Leonardo Campana doubled their lead with a strike in the 54th minute, per ESPN.

Ryan Gauld pulled a goal back for Vancouver with a penalty in the 72nd minute, but their rally came up short.

The couple went to Bresh to watch the live performance of Argentine singer Maria Becerra.

Messi didn't mind showing his dance moves to the other people in the nightclub.
