Singh enrolled in the Stars of Africa football program in South Africa when he was eleven years old after being noticed by Farouk Khan. At 16, he trained in Brazil through the program, where he played for Fluminense and Vasco da Gama. In 2015, he signed with GAIS, a Swedish second-division team, scoring eleven goals during his tenure.

He signed a contract with GAIS, a Swedish second-division club, in 2015. On January 21, 2017, he joined Braga of the Portuguese Primeira Liga after his contract with GAIS had expired.
