Phil Foden spurs City to historic EPL crown

According to The Times, Foden wasted no time in making an impact, scoring a sensational goal just 76 seconds into the match to open the scoring.

Adding to the excitement, the Englishman doubled City's lead before the 20th minute, courtesy of an assist from teammate Jeremy Doku, sparking jubilation among the fans.

Despite Mohammed Kudus scoring a memorable acrobatic goal for West Ham before halftime, City's victory was never in doubt, with Rodri sealing the title with a goal in the second half.

This marked Man City's fourth consecutive Premier League title and their sixth in the last seven seasons, underscoring their dominance in English football, Besoccer reports.

Foden's son attempts to pop champagne

After the game, amidst the celebrations, the key figures behind City's triumph were joined by their families on the pitch.

Ronnie, Foden's eldest child, eagerly joined the festivities, attempting to emulate his father and teammates.

In a heartwarming moment captured on video and subsequently shared across social media platforms, Ronnie endeavoured to open a champagne bottle with his 'tiny' hands.

Despite his earnest efforts, his attempt proved futile, resulting in a charming and endearing scene that captured the hearts of viewers worldwide.

Foden discloses 'stubborn' appetite for success

Sports Brief also reported that Phil Foden emphasised the enduring thrill of victory following his pivotal role in Man City's 3-1 win over West Ham.

Despite his young age of 23, Foden has already been part of six title-winning campaigns with City in the past seven years.

Reflecting on the achievement, he expressed his unwavering appetite for success, stating that there's no greater feeling than winning and expressing his desire to continue winning as much as possible.
