Ghana forward, Inaki Williams, has broken into the top 20 list of goal scorers at Athletic Bilbao after marking a new milestone at the club on May 11.

The 29-year-old netted his 100th goal for the club as Los Rojiblancos clawed back from two goals down to draw 2-2 at the San Mames against Osasuna.

The red-hot forward increased his tally for the campaign to 12 goals in La Liga as Athletic Bilbao continued their pursuit of a European place finish.

Williams becomes the latest player to enter the club's record of top scorers, sitting 20th on the list, as reported by the club's official website.

The Spain-born Ghanaian netted his debut goal for the club nine years ago in a Europa League game against Torino.

He has since become a mainstay at the club, helping the Basque-based team win the Copa del Rey for the first time in 40 years.

Athletic Bilbao could qualify for Europe if they win their remaining two games of the season in La Liga, per Sofascore.

Williams joins a list that includes the legendary Aritz Aduriz, Manu Sarabia, and Fernando Llorente. The Ghanaian forward climb up the list if he scores in the remaining games in La Liga this season.
