The Black Stars midfielder, a known fan of Shatta Wale's long-standing rival, Stonebwoy, joined thousands of Ghanaians in the UK for the Medikal concert.
In a video shared on social media, Kudus presented the award-winning artist with a customised West Ham jersey while sharing jokes with the Nima-born singer.
