Nico Williams found a beautiful way to respond after he was racially abused during Atletico Madrid's clash against Athletic Bilbao on Saturday evening.
Diego Simeone's side earned a vital 3-1 win over Bilbao in La Liga, striking a significant blow in the race to secure Champions League football.
The Madrid-based club, fourth, moved six points clear of their Basque opponents, fifth, with five matches remaining.
The clash was expected to be a heated one, however, the attention shifted towards fans' interactions with the players rather than the battles on the football field, per Football Espana.

Williams got racially abused by a section of Atletico fans, to which the Ghanaian-born Spanish forward responded strongly and beautifully.
The referees paused the game for two minutes at the Estadio Metropolitano, and anti-racist messages were broadcasted over the stadium speakers.
After the game resumed, Williams scored an important goal from a short distance, tying the match.
He then celebrated in front of the home fans by pointing to his skin in a clear reaction against the disgusting abuse he was subjected to earlier in the game.
"I went to take the corner and I heard monkey noises," Williams told DAZN.
"There weren't many of them. There are stupid people everywhere... I hope this changes bit by bit."
