Antonio Rudiger met popular American YouTuber and Cristiano Ronaldo fanboy, IshowSpeed, at the end of the epic UEFA Champions League game between Real Madrid and Manchester City.

IShowSpeed, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr, travelled to England to watch the quarter-final second leg of the European elite competition.

Real Madrid forward, Rodrygo, netted the opener early on but a Kevin De Bruyne strike late in the game forced the match into extra time and ultimately, penalties.

After misses from Mateo Kovacic and Bernardo Silva for City, Rudiger scored the winning penalty to send Los Blancos through to the semi-final, where they face Bayern Munich.

In a video shared on social media, the German defender was spotted with the YouTuber after the game and even requested a photo with the social media sensation.

"Can I have a picture with him?" Ruduger is heard saying of the situation.

IShowSpeed was equally excited to meet the German international as they shared a heartwarming moment down in the hotel lobby.

Although Speed is a known Manchester United fan, he was at the Etihad Stadium to support Real Madrid and was confronted by Manchester City fans, as reported by Marca.

The record European champions are chasing a fifth European Champions League title.

Rudiger discloses Sierra Leone dream

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Rudiger outlined dreams of creating employment for the people of Sierra Leone, the country of his parents.

The Madrid defender was born in Berlin to Sierra Leonean parents but often visits the West African nation on vacation for philanthropic work.

Rudiger netted the winning penalty as Real Madrid advanced to the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League at the expense of Man City.

Man City fans shut IshowSpeed up

Sports Brief also reported that Man City fans stopped IShowSpeed from celebrating Rodrygo's goal during their UEFA Champions League clash against Real Madrid.

The American YouTuber celebrated wildly as Los Blancos despite being among the Citizens' fans, with Speed advised to end his stream and to cheer the home side.
