Super Eagles duo, Moses Simon and Terem Moffi, have been included in the list of nominees for the 2024 Marc-Vivien Foe Award.
The Nigerians will face competition from the current holder of the award, Chancel Mbemba, ex-Arsenal star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Senegal's Lamine Camara.
The individual award is presented to the best African player in the French Ligue 1 at the end of the season.
France 24 and RFI, the organisers of the award, announced the nominees for the gong on Tuesday, with the winner set to be announced in May, as reported by the Ligue 1 webpage.

Other players on the list are Algeria's Amine Gouiri and Nabil Bentaleb, Africa Cup of Nations winners Oumar Diakite and Wilfried Singo, Burundi's Youssouf Ndayishimiye, and PSG's Achraf Hakimi.
Aubameyang, a winner of the award in 2013 while playing for Saint Etienne, remains a favourite following his outstanding campaign with Olympique Marseille, per Sporting News.
Meanwhile, Camara has been FC Metz's shining light in a tough campaign, with Terem Moffi reaching a new milestone in the league after netting his 50th goal.
FC Nantes' Simon has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to an injury.
