Bright Osayi-Samuel has narrated all that transpired shortly after Fenerbahce defeated Trabzonspor right inside the Akyazı Stadium on March 17.
A number of the home team supporters invaded the pitch in their bid to attack the visiting players who celebrated their win.
Fred had netted a brace for the visitors in the first half, but Enis Bardhi and Trezeguet scored each in the second half to put the game at 2-2.
However, Michy Batshuayi struck in the 87th minute to silence the home fans, as tension continued to brew. As soon as the referee sounded the final whistle, Fenerbahce players celebrated right on the pitch, leaving the home fans 'boiling', GOAL reports.

Some fans then raced onto the pitch as the scenario degenerated into a brawl. The visiting team made efforts to defend themselves as Osayi-Samuel was captured in a face-off with one of the irate fans.
In a chat with sports journalist Tobi Adepoju, the defender said the game should have been abandoned.
He said, as per Oganla Media.
"It was a moment I'd never experienced in my life before. Turkey is known to be hostile with some games which is normal, but there it was crazy.
"For me, I think they should have abandoned the game because our keeper was hit with an object. Minutes later, there was a free kick and they scored from it.
"I think that was what instigated things and at the end of the game, we managed to win.
"We were celebrating and that was when I started seeing fans complaining that we were celebrating in their stadium. That was when we decided to defend ourselves."
