The Warriors bounced back to beat the 2021 NBA champions following an embarrassing 52-point defeat on the road against the Boston Celtics a few days ago.

The 2022 NBA champions edged Giannis Antetokounmpo's Bucks 125-90, with Curry scoring 29 points. The win leaves the Warriors with a 33-28 record and ninth in the Western Conference.

Meanwhile, the Bucks' six-game winning streak comes to an end. Doc Rivers' team are second in the Eastern Conference with a 41-22 record, as the 2023/24 season enters its final stretch.

After the final buzzer sounded, the six-time African Footballer of the Year, the former Manchester City star, Castellanos, and Curry, exchanged pleasantries on the court.

Curry gifted the two players signed Warriors jerseys, while the Bay FC stars returned the favour by giving the four-time NBA champion their team's jerseys.

The Nigerian joined the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) team last month after five years in Barcelona. She signed a deal until 2026.

Bay FC are preparing for their first season in the NWSL after the league was expanded to 14 teams. The club is in San Jose, California, close to the Warriors NBA franchise.

Barcelona say goodbye to Oshoala

Sports Brief earlier reported on Barcelona Femeni players biding their goodbyes to Oshoala after her exit was confirmed.

In an emotional video shared on social media, the prolific striker met her Barcelona teammates for the final time to say her goodbyes. The players hugged and wished her well following her departure.
