  • Mohamed Salah could be joining Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane in SPL next season
  • The Egyptian ace will reportedly leave Liverpool alongside Jurgen Klopp in the summer
  • The former Fiorentina winger is claimed to have signed a deal with one of the SPL clubs

Egyptian international, Mohamed Salah, has reportedly signed a deal that would take him to the Saudi Professional League to join the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane.

The former Chelsea winger's contract with Liverpool runs until the summer of 2025, and the Reds are not ready to lose one of their important players for free.

However, Jurgen Klopp is set to leave his role as the coach at the end of the ongoing season, which has fuelled speculation that the former AS Roma forward will also depart.

Liverpool rejected a reported £100 million bid for Salah last summer from Al-Ittihad, but the Saudi giants have not lost hope in signing the Egyptian national captain.

The Saudi Pro League side are said to be willing to make a record-breaking offer to lure the Merseyside star to the Middle Eastern nation.

According to a report by the Athletic, as per Kingfut, the Saudi Arabian club are reportedly planning to offer €235mil to Liverpool for the services of Salah, a fee that would break Neymar's record move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.

Egyptian football legend and former Tottenham Hotspur star, Ahmed Hossam Mido, has claimed via his official X handle that Salah has signed a deal to play in the Saudi League next season.

"Mohamed Salah in the Saudi league next season, contracts have been signed," read a translation of the former AS Roma striker's tweet.

The former Ajax star didn't specify the club Salah reportedly signed for, but rumours have it Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal are the two clubs battling to poach the Egyptian forward.

Salah infuriated at Chelsea star

Sports Brief earlier reported that Salah was angry after Chelsea star, Moises Caicedo, escaped punishment for injuring Ryan Gravenberch in the EFL Cup Final on February 25.

The former Bayern Munich midfielder and Salah's teammate was stretchered off in the League Cup final victory against the Blues, with the Egyptian looking irate on the bench.
