The good news for Manchester City is that two of their key players are back from injury. Haaland made his much-awaited return to the lineup against Everton after being sidelined with a foot injury for weeks.
He picked up right where he left off, scoring a brace late in the second half to hand City all three points.
Kevin De Bruyne also has been outstanding since returning from a hamstring injury last month, recording two goals and seven assists in the seven matches he has played in all competitions.
The injury bug, however, struck City again during midweek. Jack Grealish, Bernardo Silva, and Josko Gvardiol picked up injuries during the match against Copenhagen and are set to face spells on the sidelines, per Goal.com.
The Blues also have their own injury concerns heading into the City clash. Thiago Silva and Malo Gusto were both taken off in the game against Crystal Palace due to fitness issues.
