Cristiano Ronaldo was celebrated in bizarre but iconic fashion by Al-Nassr on his 39th birthday.

On Monday, February 5, the legendary Portuguese footballer turned a year older and was a trending topic worldwide for most of the day.

Millions of fans from across the world took to social media to celebrate Ronaldo as a legend of the game and an icon who would be remembered for generations to come.

The veteran's club, Al-Nassr also made sure they were not left behind with a 'shout-out' to their superstar forward on X (formerly Twitter).

However, their tweet was bizarre, to say the least, and could either be a case of over-thinking or trying to be very unique with the post.

While other pages celebrated Ronaldo for his achievements, accolades, or goals, Al-Nassr opted for a compilation of CR7's iconic 'Siuuu'.

The clip features Ronaldo performing his most popular and most copied celebration in the colours of Al-Nassr.

The video was presumably not too difficult to make since there are numerous clips of the veteran doing the celebration thanks to his goal-scoring prowess.

Al-Nassr then posted another clip captioned, 'Football's most iconic celebration to honour the GOAT's birthday', but this time featuring Ronaldo celebrating with his teammates and a CR7 cake.

Since signing for the Middle Eastern club, Ronaldo has bagged 38 goals in 44 matches. In 2023, he outscored some of the best strikers in the business by netting 54 goals for club and country, per Transfermarkt.

The birthday boy is currently out of football action as he is nursing an injury that also kept him out of a possible ‘last dance’ with Lionel Messi's Inter Miami last week.

Talisca does Cristiano’s celebration

Sports Brief also previously reported on Anderson Talisca celebrating with the 'Siuuu' after scoring against Messi’s Inter Miami.

The Brazilian star perfectly represented Ronaldo in Al-Nassr’s 6-0 thumping of the MLS outfit, bagging a hat-trick in the process.

After his third goal, Talisca saluted the Portuguese veteran by performing his iconic 'Siuuu' celebration and also trolling Messi.
