The father of Nigeria forward Ademola Lookman has shared his excitement following his son's dazzling display at the Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d'Ivoire.
Lookman scored the winner as the Super Eagles defeated Angola to reach the semi-final of AFCON 2023, with the dreams of winning their fourth title on course.
The Atalanta forward also netted a brace as Nigeria beat Cameroon 2-0 in the Round of 16, making him the fourth player from the West African country to score three or more goals in the knockout stages of the competition.
His father, Ademola Lookman Snr, was at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium to watch his son make history.

"It is an understatement to say I am happy. I am overwhelmed, I am so much happy," he said in a video shared on social media.
"At least for Nigeria winning this game because it is an advantage for us and it will give us the drive to play in the next game and win," he added.
The English-born forward has now netted three goals and provided an assist in five matches at the Nations Cup.
Nigeria will next face the winner of the match between South Africa and Cape Verde in the semi-final, as reported by Sky Sports.
