K'Ogalo continues to assert their dominance, remaining unbeaten in the season with an impressive tally of 40 points from 19 games. This places them comfortably at the top of the log, with a 10-point lead over second-placed Nairobi City Stars.

The team's recent 1-0 victory over Tusker FC at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Saturday, January 20, 2024, as reported by Capital Sports, further solidified their position.

The six Gor Mahia players named in the First-Leg Team of the Season include the league's top scorer, Benson Omala (9 goals), midfielders Alpha Onyango and Austine Odhiambo, defenders Geoffrey Onyango and Rooney Onyango, and goalkeeper Kevon Omondi.

Other standout players in the First-Leg Team of the Season include Kennedy Odhiambo from Posta Rangers and Haniff Wesonga from KCB. Notable fixtures in the league include Posta Rangers' tight 1-0 win over Murang'a Seal, with Brian Marita securing the crucial goal, propelling them to third place on the log.

Tusker FC midfielder Siwa Shaphan, Kariobangi Sharks attacker Geoffrey Ochieng, and Nairobi City Stars forward Samwel Kapen complete the impressive lineup. AFC Leopards disrupted Nairobi City Stars' seven-match winning streak with a 2-0 victory, with Maxwell Otieno and Kevin Kimani finding the net.

In other FKF Premier League matches, Bandari and Kariobangi Sharks settled for a 2-2 draw, Shabana faced a 0-1 defeat against Ulinzi Stars, and KCB and Muhoroni Youth played to a goalless draw. Despite the efforts of coach Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo, Shabana suffered a 1-0 loss to Ulinzi Stars at the Raila Odinga Stadium.

On Sunday, January 21, 2024, at the Police Sacco Stadium, Kenya Police FC showcased dominance with a 2-0 victory against bottom-placed Nzoia Sugar, as reported by the Nation.

Ugandan-born South Sudanese striker Tito Okello scored a brace in the first half, lifting the law enforcers to fifth place in the FKF Premier League standings with 30 points, trailing leaders Gor Mahia by 13 points.
