The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League Round 19 Team of the Week is out.

The latest round showcased exceptional performances, with 20 goals scored across nine games.

Here's a look at the top performers in the Team of the Week:

Headlining the roster are strikers Tito Okello of Kenya Police Football Club and Chris Opondo of Bidco United. Guiding this talented lineup is Bidco's head coach, Anthony Akhulia.

The midfield is a powerhouse featuring Geoffrey Onyango from Gor Mahia, Douglas Mokaya of Bidco, Leshan Mootian from Ulinzi Stars, Biron Otieno representing Kariobangi Sharks, and Darius Msagha of Sofapaka.

Defensively, AFC Leopards' Randy Sakari, Muhoroni Youth's Alex Onchwari, and KCB's Francis Oduor form a solid back three. Muhoroni Youth's goalkeeper, Larry Potter, completes the starting XI.

Gor Mahia secured a crucial 1-0 victory against Tusker Football Club at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Saturday, January 20, 2024. This win propelled the perennial champions to a 10-point lead at the top of the FKF Premier League standings. Tusker remain in third with 31 points, as reported by Capital Sports.

Bandari and Kariobangi Sharks played out an exciting 2-2 draw at Mbaraki Sports Club. Meanwhile, Shabana faced a 0-1 defeat against Ulinzi Stars at the Raila Odinga Stadium in Homa Bay, and KCB and Muhoroni Youth settled for a goalless draw.

In a thrilling encounter on Sunday, January 21, 2024, Kenya Police FC showcased dominance with a 2-0 victory against Nzoia Sugar at the Police Sacco Stadium. Tito Okello, the Ugandan-born South Sudanese striker, stole the show by scoring a brace in the first half. This propelled the law enforcers to fifth place in the FKF Premier League standings with 30 points, trailing leaders Gor Mahia by 13 points.

The breakthrough came when Okello scored a penalty following a foul on him by Nzoia's goalkeeper Fred Shihundu. Okello scored his brace by heading in David Owino's corner, as reported by Kahawatungu.

In another Sunday fixture, AFC Leopards ended Nairobi City Stars' impressive seven-match winning streak with a 2-0 victory at the Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega, as reported by Capital Sports.
