Xavi Hernandez has publicly spoken about his future at Barcelona amid sack calls from some quarters at the club.
The Spanish manager has come under heavy scrutiny in recent weeks owing to his side's struggles across competitions.
Goal reports that Xavi is seemingly losing the faith of a section of players, with some of them said to be unhappy with the manager.
The development comes just days after the Catalan giants were hammered 4-1 in the Super Cup final by rivals Real Madrid.
Vinicius Jr was the match hero during the tie, with the Brazilian ace scoring a hat trick to steer his side to victory.
The defeat sparked calls from a section of Barcelona fans to have Xavi sacked after leading the club to a disastrous run of results.
Xavi addresses Barcelona future
The former midfielder has now addressed concerns about his future at Camp Nou, with the Spaniard disclosing he would gladly leave if his players lost faith in him.
Xavi went on to underscore his desire to get Barca back to winning ways, adding 'I'm here to bring something.'
"I love this club. I'm here to bring something to it. If I don't do it, I'll go home," said the former midfielder, who was appointed in November 2021," he said via BBC.
"The day my players no longer follow me, I'll pack my bags and leave. When someone tells me there's a problem, I'll leave," he added.
Barcelona will be back in action on Thursday night and will play Unionistas in the round of 16 of the Copa del Rey.
