According to The News, Al Nassr are interested in Casemiro and the Saudi Pro League giants are willing to spend up to $54.5 million to sign the five-time UEFA Champions League winner.

If Al Nassr signs Casemiro, the 31-year-old midfielder will become the third Manchester United player to transfer to Riyadh from Old Trafford, following Ronaldo and Alex Telles.

Casemiro and Ronaldo have a close relationship as both pair spent years together at Real Madrid, winning the UEFA Champions League four times together before the Portugal forward moved to Juventus.

Man United open to offers for Casemiro

Meanwhile, Manchester United is willing to listen to offers on a set of seasoned players in the January transfer window, with Casemiro among those the club is willing to let go, Essentially Sport reports.

The Old Trafford club have listed the 31-year-old midfielder alongside Rafael Varane and Jadon Sancho as three players they are willing to listen to offers for in the winter transfer window.

Casemiro has made just 12 appearances for Manchester United in all competitions this season as Erik ten Hag prefers Scot McTominay ahead of the experienced Brazilian defender.

Casemiro linked with Man United exit

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Manchester United midfielder Casemiro could reportedly depart Old Trafford ahead of the January transfer window.

The Brazilian joined the Red Devils in the summer of 2022 from La Liga giants Real Madrid for an initial £60m plus £10m in add-ons.

Casemiro signed a four-year contract with the option of a further 12 months at Old Trafford and the 30-year-old has gone on to form an important part of Erik ten Hag's team and played a key role in the team's impressive third-place finish in the Premier League in his debut season.
