Manchester United centre-back, Harry Maguire has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for November.
Maguire has formed a significant part of Erik ten Hag's team in recent weeks, making him a mainstay figure in the team.
His heavy involvement in the squad comes barely months after he came close to departing Old Trafford for rivals, West Ham United, per Euro Sport.
United were keen to offload the Englishman in the summer after falling down the pecking order under ten Hag.
However, the former Leicester City star has since fought his way back into the team, with the Dutchman now playing him more often.
The defender's involvement and contribution saw him nominated for the November edition of the prestigious Premier League Player of the Month honour.
Maguire crowned winner of monthly honour
According to 90Min, Maguire was shortlisted for the prize alongside Chelsea winger, Raheem Sterling.
Manchester City winger Jeremy Doku, Newcastle forward Anthony Gordon, Luton Town goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski, and Bournemouth star Marcus Tavernier were also nominated.
However, it was Maguire who eventually emerged as the winner.
The 30-year-old made the joint-highest number of blocks for the month and the fifth-highest amount of clearances to lay a major claim to the award.
The Englishman will be hoping to further cement his place in the United XI at the expense of Raphael Varane, who has been left warming the bench.
