Senegal forward, Sadio Mane shared a humbling moment with young fans of Al-Nassr as he left the car park at the end of a rigorous training session.

The 31-year-old and his teammates have been preparing for the Asian Champions League game against Al-Duhail on Tuesday night.

Mane is expected to start for the Knights of Najd as the Saudi Arabian giants eye a third straight win in the group stage of the competition.

In a video shared on social media, the former Liverpool star waited to take photos with the young fans before leaving the stadium.

The former Bayern Munich winger is enjoying a good start to life in Saudi Arabia, having scored six goals and provided two assists in ten league games.

Mane joined Al-Nassr in the summer transfer window after leaving Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich. He won the Bundesliga title with the German club, as reported by Tribuna.

The African Player of the Year is hoping to win the Saudi Pro League and the Asian Champions League with Al-Nassr.

Mane contests Talisca in free-kick challenge

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Mane tested his set-piece ability against Al-Nassr teammate, Anderson Talisca, during a free-kick drill at training.

Talisca scored an outstanding free-kick as Al-Nassr defeated Damac in the Saudi Pro League on Saturday.

Mane is not known as a free-kick specialist but has in the past converted a couple for the Senegalese national team and Liverpool.

Sports Brief also reported that Mane joked as Al-Nassr players celebrated Cristiano Ronaldo following his 40-goal achievement in 2023.

The Portuguese superstar returned from the international break to a lovely surprise from his teammates, who presented him with a cake to mark his latest milestone.

Ronaldo surpassed Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland with his goals for Portugal during the EURO 2024 qualifiers.
