Partey was an unused substitute in the game between Arsenal and Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday following his return from international duty.
In a video that has since gone viral on social media, the Black Stars deputy captain is seen revealing the gender of his baby after kicking a small ball in the air, which sprayed pink powder. This means Partey and his partner will be having a baby girl.
Ms Mackson, a model based in the United Kingdom, earlier confirmed her relationship with the Ghanaian footballer on social media.
Meanwhile, Partey recently returned from an injury that kept him out for over a month, making an appearance in the 1-0 victory over Manchester City.
He was part of the Black Stars team for the international friendlies against Mexico and the United States last week.
