Kudus played the entire game while Alvarez was substituted late in the match as El Tri scored twice in the second-half to continue their dominance over the Black Stars.
In photos shared on social media, Alvarez was spotted comforting Kudus, who looked disappointed following Ghana's defeat to the North Americans.
