Speaking exclusively to Chelsea TV before the away trip to the Vitality Stadium to face AFC Bournemouth, he highlighted a major necessity to get his team running.

"The most difficult thing is to arrive in the last third and be calm and relaxed and be clinical. We know we need to improve. We needed to be more competitive, and that is to blame ourselves. We are guilty of not competing. We need to be clever in the way we compete." he said.
