West Ham United target, Mohammed Kudus seems to have said his final goodbyes to fans of Ajax after starring in their game against Ludogorets in the Europa League.

The 23-year-old netted a hat-trick as the Dutch giants strolled to a first-leg victory against the Bulgarian club.

Kudus might not play in the second-leg in Amsterdam as negotiations between Ajax and West Ham reach their final stages in the coming days.

In a video shared on social media, Kudus was spotted waving to fans of the club as he received his hat-trick ball.

The red-hot attacking midfielder has been on the radar of several clubs in the summer transfer window, but the Hammers lead the race for his signature after submitting an improved offer on Wednesday.

“[Tonight's Europa League playoff vs Ludogorets] was my final game here at Ajax. But let's see what happens in the next day. The talks are going on. We have to see if an agreement is reached in the next days,” said the midfielder in a post-match interview.

Kudus joined Ajax in 2020, winning two Eredivisie titles and one KNVB Cup.

Kudus nets hat-trick against Ludogorets

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that in-demand Ghana midfielder, Mohammed Kudus had the game of his life after producing a man of the match performance as Ajax thrashed Bulgarian giants Ludogorets.

The attacking midfielder netted a hat-trick as the Dutch club secured a first-leg advantage in the Europa League qualifiers.

Kudus, who is closing in on a move to West Ham, also produced a moment of brilliance in the game, after leaving a Ludogorets defender for 'dead' before his third goal.

West Ham set to sign Kudus

Black Stars midfielder, Mohammed Kudus, is close to completing a dream move to the English Premier League after West Ham presented an improved offer to Ajax for the services of the Ghana international.

The London club had an initial bid rejected by the Dutch giants after failing to meet the demands of the club.

However, the Hammers have prepared a new offer in the region of €45 million which is expected to be accepted by Ajax.
