Black Stars midfielder, Mohammed Kudus, is close to completing a dream move to the English Premier League after West Ham presented an improved offer to Ajax for the services of the Ghana international.

The London club had an initial bid rejected by the Dutch giants after failing to meet the demands of the club.

However, the Hammers have prepared a new offer in the region of €45 million which is expected to be accepted by Ajax.

According to The Athletic, West Ham submitted an official offer worth €41m plus €3m in add-ons in a deal that would include a 10% sell-on clause.

Kudus is currently with Ajax in Bulgaria preparing for the Europa League qualifiers against Ludogorets Razgrad.

The 23-year-old, who has also been on the radar of Chelsea and Barcelona, is believed to be considering personal terms and could ink a long-term deal with West Ham if Ajax accept the English club's offer.

The Right to Dream Academy graduate got off to a great start in the new season, scoring and providing an assist in two matches.

Kudus was Ghana's best player at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, scoring two goals and providing an assist in three matches, as reported by GHANASoccernet.

Kudus reacts to false report

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Ghana midfielder, Mohammed Kudus has reacted strongly to a report claiming his team's high demands are causing delays in his move to English Premier League side, Brighton and Hove Albion.

According to the post, Kudus' representatives are difficult to negotiate with, forcing clubs to turn away at the end.

Brighton reportedly agreed a deal in principle for the 23-year-old while West Ham have also opened talks with Ajax over signing the attacking midfielder.

Kudus leaves young fan speechless

Mohammed Kudus might be on his way out of Ajax but his relationship with fans of the club remains strong following his outstanding performances for the Dutch giants.

In recent weeks, the 23-year-old has dominated the headlines after it emerged that Brighton have agreed a deal to sign the talented midfielder.

Despite reports of him leaving in the summer transfer window, the Ghana international was present on Opening Day as Ajax players were presented to the fans ahead of the start of the new season.
