The Amakhosi released a statement earlier in July stating they were trying to agree to a new deal with the player, but he wasn’t responding to calls and no one knew where he was.

Billiat has yet to negotiate a deal with the Soweto-based side and hasn’t been in contact with the side since disappearing.

Even Orlando Pirates legend, Steve Lekoelea, weighed in on the matter, saying that Billiat would regret his decision, The South African noted.

As more time passes without news from the player, the more he trends on social media. The Zimbabwean player’s name constantly pops up on social media as many club fanbases urge their side to sign him.

He is also the subject of funny posts as fans make light of his recent disappearance. Here are some ways Billiat remains a hot topic despite keeping a low profile.
