England's national team head coach, Gareth Southgate has appeared to warn Jack Grealish following his celebrations last weekend and early this week.

Grealish made headlines with his celebration styles after Manchester City won the historic treble after beating Inter Milan in the Champions League final on June 10.

Pep Guardiola's side had earlier retained their Premier League trophy before beating Manchester United in the FA Cup final. Their win against Simone Inzaghi's Milan saw them become only the second English side to win the treble.

Grealish's celebrations

Grealish led the celebration, with the former Aston Villa captain spotted imbibing drinks as he revelled in the victory. He was spotted still wearing the same kit the following morning as the players headed to Ibiza for another party.

The 27-year-old at one time joined security personnel at the title parade before he hilariously begged Bernardo Silva not to leave the club this summer.

Southgate's message to Grealish

While the videos of Grealish provided comic relief online, his national boss, Southgate seems to be reading from different scripts.

"There is a line. I'm always monitoring everything the players do wherever they are, at whatever stage of the season.
“But anything like that I would do privately, so I don’t think that would serve any purpose me discussing that publicly, really," he said, as quoted by the Guardian.

Grealish was among the five Manchester City players who linked up with the rest of their England teammates ahead of their Euro qualifying games against Malta and North Macedonia.

Manchester City's bar bill

Sports Brief has also reported that Manchester City players’ over-the-top celebrations after securing a treble came with a hefty bar bill during one of their nights out, according to interesting new reports.

In the wake of their Premier League success, City players decided to turn up at the Tunnel Club, one of the Etihad Stadium’s elite suites.

Grealish’s dad was part of the celebrations that night, and in a wide-ranging interview, he narrated how one of the parties went down.
