Former Super Eagles forward Tijani Babangida has urged Victor Osimhen not to leave Napoli this summer following his impressive outing at the club this season helping them to win the Serie A title.

Much news has been reported about Osimhen's future at Napoli with clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United, and Real Madrid said to be interested in the Nigerian striker.

This term, Osimhen has scored 23 League goals for Napoli and the Nigerian is still roaring to score more with three games to the end of the season.

Osimhen is expected to make his final decision at the end of the season and it is either he leaves Napoli or stays.

According to the report on Complete Sports, Babangida explained that Osimhen should not be in a rush.

Babangida tells Osimen to remain at Napoli

“Osimhen is currently one of the best strikers in Europe at the moment. He has distinguished himself in the Serie A with Napoli, scoring goals to help his team win the title this season.
''He should not be in a rush to leave Napoli if he thinks the atmosphere still favours him a lot.”

Mario Balotelli links up with Osimhen

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Italian forward, Mario Balotelli met up with Victor Osimhen, following the Nigerian striker's league triumph with Napoli.

The Super Eagles star led Gli Azzurri to their first league title in 33 years, after scoring 23 goals in Serie A this season.

Osimhen had already spoken to the former Inter Milan striker via Instagram the day the title was won.

The duo finally met in Italy, after Balotelli returned home to watch the UEFA Champions League semi-final clash between his former clubs, AC Milan and Inter Milan.

Balotelli and Osimhen were seen having fun as they celebrated the moment together in an adorable style.
