Kylian Mbappe stylishly evaded the question about signing a new deal with Paris Saint-Germain following their Coupe de France final win over Monaco, Daily Mail.

The French striker scored and set up another to give the Parisians the win over his former club and landed Mauricio Pochettino's first trophy as manager.

The 22-year-old was the star of the show on Wednesday night as he scored one and set up the other in a 2-0 win which sealed the French Cup for boss Mauricio Pochettino.

PSG are looking to persuade the 22-year-old to sign a new deal as his contract is set to expire in June 2022.

Mbappe was asked if he will sign a new deal with the Parc des Princes outfit during the cup celebrations and he said:

He told France 2:

"You have to enjoy the title, that's the most important thing,'
"Look at all the people who are happy! This is the most important thing and I am the first happy guy.
"When you play for Paris Saint-Germain, one of the best clubs in the world, the biggest club in the country, every title counts to go down in history. Plus it's a young club, we want to be part of this history and it's a great stage today."

On the other hand, Neymar signed a contract for the next three years as Mbappe is expected to do the same as he continues show he is a potential Ballon d'Or candidate.

Mbappe has now won 13 major trophies at the age of just 22 and has scored 41 goals in 46 appearances this season, which could lead to his 14th medal if PSG win the Ligue 1 title.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Paris Saint Germain star Neymar is looking forward to playing with Cristiano Ronaldo if the Juventus forward decides to join the French club.

The Brazilian recently extended his stay at the Paris-based club until the summer of 2025 having initially joined them from Barcelona in a world-record fee worth €222 million.

In spite of his achievement in football so far, the 29-year-old is definitely hoping to win the World Cup someday according to Football Italia while quoting GQ France.
