La Liga President Javier Tebas Tips Real Madrid Star Vinicius to Win Ballon d’Or

La Liga president, Javier Tebas has hailed Vinicius Junior as one of the best players in the world currently, and questioned why the Brazilian was left out of the 2023 FIFPRO eleven.

Tebas was left in awe of the sheer class of the Brazilian forward, after watching the 22-year-old against Manchester City in the Champions League semi-final first leg on Tuesday.

According to AS Soccer, the La Liga boss has now tipped Vini to be the next Real Madrid player to win the Ballon d’Or, based on his performances.

“He is one of the best players in the world. It surprised me that he wasn’t in the FIFPRO XI or in the debate for the Ballon d’Or. He is up there with the three or four best players in the world, and he will win the Ballon d’Or.”
