Paris Saint-Germain are set to face another crisis - but this time, against the club’s die-hard supporters known as the 'Ultras'.

Angry fans have made their feelings known to the PSG hierarchy, after protesting at the club’s headquarters and also outside the house of the Brazilian superstar, Neymar Junior following an underwhelming season.

According to Goal, the Ultras have now released a statement confirming they will be boycotting all matches involving PSG’s male and female teams as part of protests against chairman, Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

Their statement was translated as follows:

"At the end of the meeting between the club's management and the leaders of the Collectif Ultras Paris, the CUP office decided to completely cease our activities. We will therefore no longer be present at the Parc des Princes or on the move."

PSG were knocked out of the Champions League in the Round of 16 for a second consecutive season after they were beaten home and away by Bayern Munich.

Mourinho shuts down PSG rumours

Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho has claimed PSG are yet to speak to him, thereby shutting down rumours suggesting he could be the club’s head coach next season, Football Espana reports.

The Portuguese manager has been strongly linked with a move next season, with the Ligue 1 giants preparing for a massive clear-out that could see Christophe Galtier shown the door.

Mourinho is regarded as one of the best managers in football today as a result of his successful exploits with major clubs including Porto, Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Inter Milan.

PSG fans protest against Neymar

Earlier, Sports Brief reported on PSG ultras protesting against Neymar, with footage showing the die-hard fans calling on the Brazilian to leave the club.

It had been a difficult week for the Parisians, who saw their Ligue 1 title hopes hit a significant snag after a home loss to mid-table Lorient on April 30.

The French giants also suspended their superstar, Lionel Messi for two weeks following reports that he undertook an unauthorised trip to Saudi Arabia.
