  • Harry Kane has strongly hinted he will be at Tottenham Hotspur next season
  • The striker who is second in the all-time list of Premier League goal scorers, has been linked with a move to Manchester United
  • Tottenham are in danger of missing out on Europe altogether as they currently lie sixth on the log with a handful of matches to go

Harry Kane has dealt Manchester United a potential blow with a strong hint that he will stay at Tottenham Hotspur next season.

The 29-year-old is set to go another season without a trophy, with the North London club at risk of missing out on European football next season.

In recent matches, Kane has cut a frustrated figure, further fueling speculation on his future.

“Tottenham have lost their values”

In a recent conversation with Sky Sports, Kane spoke on Tottenham and their turbulent season as he admitted his team had lost its values over the last few seasons.

"I think off the pitch to have those conversations with the chairman and the staff here and try to give my opinion on some of the things that I think can help us just be more consistent and more successful in the culture that we try to set.” Kane said as quoted on Daily Star.
"I feel like from a culture point of view we've been too up and down over the last few years so in any great team, any winning team, you know they have a way of doing things and whoever comes in, or is added to that, they kind of fit in straight away and know the standards.
“The last two or three years we haven't been where we want to be as a club, so ultimately, there's some internal stuff we need to talk about.

Tottenham have three fixtures left till the end of the season; a trip to Aston Villa, a London derby against Brentford at home, then they will travel to Leeds United on May 28 for their final game of the season.

The North Londoners will need to win all those games if they are to have their top six ambitions in their own hands.

Chelsea stars Pochettino wants

Sports Brief also reported on former Tottenham boss Pochettino’s preferred stars at Chelsea.

The Argentine is in line to take charge at Stamford Bridge this summer as a permanent replacement for Graham Potter.

Pochettino verbally accepted the job two weeks ago and is now in the final stages of reaching a full agreement over his contract.

It has also been reported that Pochettino has several stars at the club he wants to build a formidable team around.
