  • Chelsea fans came out with mixed reactions after the club was linked with a move for Lautaro Martinez
  • Martinez is teammates with Chelsea loanee Romelu Lukaku at Inter Milan
  • Mauricio Pochettino, who has been linked with the Chelsea job, is said to be a huge admirer of the Argentine

Chelsea have been linked with a sensational move for Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez, but sections of fans are not convinced he would be a good signing.

Martinez, 25, will be made available by Inter Milan for a reported fee of £70million in the summer.

The World Cup winner is highly favoured by Mauricio Pochettino, who is likely to take over as Chelsea manager in the summer.

Manchester United are also said to be interested in the striker, who has bagged 19 goals and five assists in the Serie A this season, according to Transfermkt.

Across all competitions this campaign, the Argentine has scored 23 times in 48 appearances.
