Ghana and Ajax midfielder, Mohammed Kudus has been named in the top five best U23 dribblers list in the world.

The Black Stars midfielder made the list dominated by some of the best players at the ages of 23 and below, including Real Madrid ace Vinicius Junior.

The Brazilian forward ranks top of the list and is followed by compatriot Angelo Gabriel of Santos and Bayern Munich's Jamal Musiala.

According to CIES Football Observatory, Kudus ranks fourth in terms of the most successful dribblers ahead of Real Madrid's Rodrygo Goes and Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who is seventh on the list.

Arsenal's star Bukayo Saka and teammate Gabriel Martinelli rank 20th and 14th respectively while Manchester City's Phil Foden is tenth on the list.

Kudus is enjoying one of his best seasons since moving to Europe, having scored 18 goals across all competitions and provided five assists.

The 22-year-old has been out for the past two weeks due to injury, but he is expected to return for Ajax's game against AZ Alkmaar on Saturday.

United show interest in Kudus

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Premier League giants, Manchester United have stepped up their interest in Ghana and Ajax midfielder, Mohammed Kudus ahead of the summer transfer widow.

The 22-year-old has been on the radar of the Red Devils following his outstanding performances for Ajax in the ongoing campaign, as well as during the 2022 World Cup.

Kudus has already scored 18 goals and provided five assists across all competitions for the Dutch champions this season.

Kudus gets Forbes recognition

Black Stars midfielder, Mohammed Kudus has been named in the 2023 Forbes Africa '30 Under 30' list.

The midfielder, who plies his trade in the Netherlands with Ajax Amsterdam, has been in phenomenal form for both club and country.

The World Cup star made the list for his immense contribution to society and Kudus is an inspiration for the people of his hometown, Nima.
