Black Stars midfielder, Mohammed Kudus has been named in the 2023 Forbes Africa '30 Under 30' list.

The midfielder, who plies his trade in the Netherlands with Ajax Amsterdam, has been in phenomenal form for both club and country.

The World Cup star made the list for his immense contribution to society and Kudus is an inspiration for the people of his hometown, Nima.

Kudus has been Ajax's spark this season, scoring 18 goals and providing five assists across all competitions.

The Right to Dream Academy Graduate is on the radar of several top clubs in Europe, including Manchester United.

Kudus joined the Dutch giants in the summer of 2020 from Danish outfit, FC Nordsjaelland and has since become a key member of the team.

Hughton praises Mohammed Kudus

Sports Brief also reported on Chris Hughton believing Kudus is among the most gifted players of the new generation of Ghanaian footballers.

The Black Stars coach said he was amazed by the versatility of the Ajax midfielder following the west Africans' AFCON qualifiers versus Angola.

Kudus was not at his best during the two games of the international break but his free kick goal led to the winner in the first leg in Kumasi.

Kudus has revealed his ambitions with Ajax Amsterdam despite interest from English Premier League giants, Manchester United.

The 22-year-old Ghanaian has been linked with a move to Old Trafford following his outstanding displays in the Eredivisie this season.

Kudus has scored 18 goals across all competitions this season, resulting in him being one of the most sought after players in Europe.
