The Charlton Athletic shot-stopper suffered an injury and had to discontinue training as he received treatment.
Wollacott was making a return to the team after missing the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar due to injury.
In a video shared on social media, the goalpost is seen falling on the keeper, who was trying to position himself and was unaware of the danger.

The Black Stars will engage the Palancas Negras in Kumasi for the first leg of the double-header. The team will travel to Luanda for the second leg in four days' time.
Ghana will qualify for the tournament in Ivory Coast next year if they defeat Angola in the two-legged game.
The Ghana Football Association's medical team has cleared Wollacott for training on Wednesday. A statement from the GFA read:
"Goalkeeper Joseph Wollacott hobbled off during training on Tuesday evening after suffering a soft tissue contusion of the right big toe. He was immediately assessed by the medical team and given emergency treatment."
The GFA said Wollacott was reassessed later on and he was said to be pain-free with no major medical concerns after the incident.
