- The kick-off was delayed due to the late arrival of the travelling team at Stamford Bridge
- Blues fans sent a message to a Dortmund star over his future when he leaves Germany
Chelsea fans enjoyed a night of celebration and relief for Graham Potter after beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 to overturn a first-leg deficit and progress to the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League.
The Blues have had a disastrous run of form despite splashing over £300m on eight players in the January transfer window, leaving the team with many options and, on the other side a bloated squad.
The main business on the board's agenda in the summer is to downsize the squad by selling some stars to raise funds to balance their books, as well as reduce the wage bill, which would be necessary if they miss out on the Champions League.
Chelsea fans send message to Bellingham
As reported by Sport Bible, midfielders Mateo Kovacic and Mason Mount face uncertain futures at Stamford Bridge. The two players have their contracts expiring in the summer of 2024, and no agreement has been reached on an extension.

Fans recognised that the midfield and attack are a priority despite the vast cash splash in the last two windows and have been calling on players of their choice to join the club.
According to a video published on Twitter by BT Sport, the fans were seen calling at Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham as he entered the away dressing room and told him to join their club.
Three other Premier League clubs; Liverpool, Manchester City, and Manchester United are interested in the English midfielder, but Sun UK reported the player's father had a meeting with Real Madrid chiefs in London yesterday.

FootballBellingham unhappy with Chelsea penalty retake
Sports Brief earlier reported that Bellingham blasted the referee for allowing Chelsea to retake their penalty. Kai Havertz missed the first attempt but doubled the Blues' lead with the second.
The German international hit the foot of the post in his first attempt, but the video-assistant referee ordered a retake due to encroachment into the box by Dortmund players.
The teenage midfielder was moderate in his criticisms of the incident as he hoped to avoid UEFA charges, which could force him to pay fines.
