Despite missing out on winning FIFA's The Best Men's Player of the Year award to teammate Lionel Messi, the 24-year-old remains one of the most in-form players in Europe.
Nonetheless, his future with the Ligue 1 leaders has always been a topical issue despite extending his stay with his hometown club last summer, GOAL reports.

At Monday's FIFA The Best Awards ceremony held in Paris, Mbappe was asked which Italian club he would like to join if he ever leaves PSG.
He emphatically mentioned reigning Serie A champions AC Milan as his preferred option ahead of big guns like Juventus and Inter Milan.
“If I come to Serie A, it will only be for Milan,” Mbappe said, as quoted by Milan Eye.

Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappe could still leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the 2023/24 season despite recently signing a contract extension with the Ligue 1 champions.
Last year, the 24-year-old snubbed a move to Real Madrid to sign a contract with PSG until 2025 for €50 million net per season, with a signing bonus of €100million.
