What Ten Hag discussed with Fergie

Ten Hag and Ferguson were spotted dining together hours before the Europa League cracker, with the meeting leaving fans guessing what the two discussed.

The United boss has now offered insights into his meeting with the legendary Premier League boss.

Speaking during a press briefing, the Dutchman hinted he had gone for some advice from Fergie ahead of the Thursday showdown.

“It's massive. I always enjoy speaking with people who have a lot of knowledge, a lot of experience and he wants to share it, he wants to help and support," Ten Hag said via Mirror UK.
“ Manchester United is his club and he feels so committed. We are doing well. It was a great night and I look forward to the next night with him," he added.

Ten Hag plots title win

Sports Brief had earlier reported that Erik ten Hag had disclosed Manchester United's grand plan to win the Premier League title. The Red Devils have not tasted Premier League glory for close to a decade.

United last won the domestic crown during the 2012/13 campaign under legendary boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

The Old Trafford dwellers came closest to challenging for the EPL in 2017 under Jose Mourinho after they finished second behind Man City with 81 points.
