The senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate, Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has completed a multi-million Naira sports facility in Nnewi, Anambra State.
Ubah lavished cash on the project to fit the facility with state-of-the-art facilities, in his bid to encourage the youth in his constituency.
Further reports have it that the Capital Oil boss sent a private jet to fetch the Minister for Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare, who commissioned the project.
In a viral clip spotted on social media, the Nnewi Sports Club is seen to boast two standard tennis courts, a basketball court, a fan stand and a building with amenities.

Commissioning the project on Friday, January 13, Abba Yola - who is the chief of staff for the Minister of Sports - stated that Ubah is a man that is loved beyond his immediate constituency and admired beyond borders.
The ultra-modern facility will complement the already built 18,000-capacity FC Ifeanyi Ubah Stadium, which was constructed in 2015.

Meanwhile, Nigerian international Ogenyi Onazi was spotted training with Nigeria Professional Football League side, Remo Stars on Tuesday.
It is believed that the 30-year-old former Lazio of Italy midfielder participated in a full session at the team’s Ikenne training ground.
For Onazi, it was a moment to reunite with former home-based Super Eagles star Dayo Ojo, who was also at the heated session.
