EPL: can Man United win?

Despite the significant gap between Man United and Arsenal, Agbonlahor still contends that the Old Trafford dwellers have what it takes to win the Premier League.

When asked if United can make the top four, the former Aston Villa star insisted the Manchester club are capable of challenging for something higher.

"I think they should be challenging higher than that," Agbonlahor told TalkSPORT. "I think Manchester United should be challenging for the [Premier League] title."

His comments resulted in mixed reactions on social media.

Meanwhile, United will be back in action in the Premier League on Saturday, December 31, when they take on Wolves at Molineux.

Haaland sends Arsenal title warning

Earlier, Sports Brief reported on Erling Haaland sending Arsenal a warning, following Manchester City's vital win over Leeds United.

The reigning English champions hammered The Whites 3-1 on Wednesday night, December 28, to close the gap on the Gunners at the top of the standings.

Arsenal had initially taken an eight-point advantage over Man City, before the Citizens narrowed the gap to five points after their win at Elland Road.

The Norwegian hotshot has now declared his club's intent to hunt down the Gunners in the Premier League title race.
