Spurs are in dire need of a striker after scoring only 11 goals in the topflight this season. Sky Sports reports that they will go through with the transfer when the window opens next month.
Bethany England at Chelsea
Bethany joined Chelsea in 2015 from Doncaster Rovers and after a few loan spells, she nailed her place in Emma Hayes' team. She was Chelsea's top scorer in two consecutive seasons.
However, her role at Kingsmeadow was limited after the club bought Sam Kerr and Pernille Harder. She has since struggled to force her way back to Emma's plans.
Bethany will be thinking about making it to Sarina Wiegmann's squad for the Women's World Cup next year and consistent game time at Spurs could help.
She has won four Women's Super League titles in West London.

FootballSam Kerr's moment with Emma Hayes
Sports Brief had earlier reported that sports journalists covering the Chelsea Women's game vs Tottenham Hotspur Women on Sunday, November 20th at Stamford Bridge, were treated to a light moment from Samantha Kerr.
The striker interrupted her manager Emma Hayes' press conference via a phone call, with a weird request that amused journalists.
Chelsea had just beaten their London rivals 3-0, with Kerr herself on target. Reiten and Erin Cuthbert scored the other goals.
