Could Cristiano Ronaldo be headed to the Bundesliga?
Despite insisting they weren’t interested in signing the player during the summer transfer window, the German club could change their mind with the January transfer window approaching.
As reported by the Daily Mail, Bayern Munich officials met with the player and his agent just last week. Officials from the Bundesliga champions flew to England to discuss a proposed move with Ronaldo.

Bayern’s change of heart seems to stem from concern over Sadio Mané’s fitness. The Senegalese player was injured during Bayern’s last game before the World Cup and could miss the tournament as a result.
Sports Mole reported that Mané is not expected to be in Senegal’s squad for their opening game against the Netherlands.
Bayern are also uncertain about Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting’s future at the club.

The Portuguese superstar is desperate to play Champions League football this season and has been pushing for a move away to a team in the tournament.
He also is desperate to leave Old Trafford after claiming the club betrayed him. Ronaldo made the claims during an interview with Piers Morgan, Caught Offside reported.
